The Pleasures of Strudel

Procedure: 1.) brown the bread crumbs; 2.) flatten ball of dough into disc; 3.) roll out dough; 4.) stretch the dough in the air; 5-11.) stretch dough on cloth.

Filling Procedure: 1.) brush dough with melted butter; 2.) scatter bread crumbs over ⅓ of dough; 3.) pile drained peaches over breadcrumbs & sprinkle with ginger and brown sugar; 4.) Fold edges of strudel; 5,6.) Use the cloth to roll up the strudel; 7.) Strudel rolled; 8.) Put seam side down on parchment covered pan & rush with butter and slash; 9.) strudel baked.
