Tartare Sauce © llizard aka ejm 2000,2001,2002
I have only guessed at the measurements here. I usually just spoon things into a bowl until it looks right. Use your discretion.
Ingredients
½ c mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ small onion, chopped finely
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 large dill pickle, chopped finely
6 green olives with pimentos, chopped finely (optional)
1 Tbsp capers
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh dill weed, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh tarragon, chopped
freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Mix it all together. Chill for a few hours. Serve with fried fish.
